Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United Kingdom:
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days

European Union:
Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly indicated on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For customers within the UK and EU, VAT is included where applicable.

Gracevora is not responsible for any additional customs charges that may occur due to local regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Gracevora.

14-Day Returns (UK & EU)

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK and EU consumer laws.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear

  • Earrings

  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
